AI features in RankFrame -- such as generating alt text for a batch of images, writing a meta description, or populating a schema field -- each cost one credit. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use the AI. There is no subscription tier for AI usage; you simply top up when you need more.

1. Credits balance badge

The credits balance badge is a dark red/coral pill displayed in the Image SEO header. It includes a coin icon, a refresh icon (to manually reload your balance), and your current credit count -- for example, 0 Credits or 60,498 Credits. The badge is always visible in the header so you can monitor your balance while working.

Click the refresh icon on the badge after a purchase if your balance does not update automatically.

2. Buy Credits button

The Buy Credits button is purple and solid, positioned in the Image SEO header directly next to the credits balance badge. Clicking it opens a top-up modal where you can choose a credit package. Refills are processed instantly -- your balance updates as soon as payment completes.

Pricing tiers

Three options are available in the top-up modal:

• $10 — 1,000 credits: Good for small projects or testing AI output quality

• $49 — 30,000 credits: First-time purchase only -- introductory discount

• $100 — 30,000 credits: Regular refill rate after the first-time offer

3. $10 tier -- 1,000 credits

The $10 tier provides 1,000 credits. This is a good starting point for small Framer projects, or if you want to test the quality of AI-generated alt text before committing to a larger purchase. At 1 credit per generation, 1,000 credits covers alt text for up to 1,000 individual images.

4. $49 first-time offer -- 30,000 credits

The $49 first-time offer gives you 30,000 credits at a significant introductory discount compared to the regular rate. This option is available only once -- on your very first credit purchase. It is ideal for agencies or teams managing multiple Framer sites who want to get started with a large credit reserve right away.

The $49 offer appears in the modal only before your first purchase. Once used, subsequent refills of 30,000 credits are billed at the regular $100 rate.

5. $100 regular refill -- 30,000 credits

The $100 regular refill is the ongoing tier for 30,000 credits after the introductory offer has been used. At roughly $0.0033 per credit, this is suited for high-volume use cases: large sites with thousands of images, teams running AI generation across meta and schema fields as well as alt text, or freelancers managing multiple client projects.

Credits never expire, so buying a large refill in advance is always safe -- unused credits carry over indefinitely.

6. How credits are consumed

Every AI generation in RankFrame costs exactly 1 credit. Credits are shared across all AI-powered features in the plugin:

• AI alt text generation (per image)

• AI meta title generation (per page)

• AI meta description generation (per page)

• AI schema field generation (per field)

There is one shared credit pool. You do not need separate credit allocations for different feature areas. Trial plan users start with 0 credits; credits must be purchased before any AI feature can be used.

How to buy credits

• Open the Image SEO panel: Launch RankFrame inside Framer and click Image SEO in the left navigation.

• Check your current balance: Look at the dark red/coral credits badge in the header. If it shows 0 Credits, you need to purchase before using any AI feature.

• Click the purple Buy Credits button: The top-up modal opens, showing all available pricing tiers.

• Select a credit package: Choose $10 for 1,000 credits, $49 for 30,000 (first-time only), or $100 for 30,000 credits.

• Complete payment: Follow the checkout flow. Refills are instant -- your credit balance updates in the header as soon as payment is confirmed.
