Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through RankFrame, a product owned and operated by 7 SEERS.

1. Free Trial Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans for new users. During this period, you can use all core features with limited usage (e.g. AI generations, schema applications).

  • If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

  • If you do not cancel before the 7th day, your selected subscription will be automatically activated and billed.

No charges are applied if you cancel within the trial period.

2. Subscription Billing & Renewal

All RankFrame plans are recurring subscriptions — billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on your selection.

  • Billing continues automatically unless you cancel via your RankFrame dashboard.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

As RankFrame is a digital service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

However, refunds may be granted only under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental billing due to a technical error

  • System malfunction or extended downtime (2+ business days) proven on our side

  • A valid billing issue caused directly by Razorpay or our backend systems

All refund requests will be reviewed manually. Approval is entirely at the discretion of 7 SEERS and is subject to transaction verification.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Lack of expected SEO results

  • Incomplete setup or user-side misconfiguration

  • Failure to cancel before the billing cycle ends

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the rare exceptions above, please email:

Include: Reason for request, payment ID, and supporting evidence (if any)

We aim to respond within 5 business days of your request.

5. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel your RankFrame subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your dashboard

  2. Navigating to “Billing”

  3. Clicking “Cancel Subscription”

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the current cycle ends.
