These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankFrame, a product of 7 SEERS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

RankFrame ("we", "us", or "our") is a SaaS product designed to help Framer users implement and manage SEO features. It is owned and operated by 7 SEERS, a sole proprietorship registered in Lucknow, India.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7 SEERS. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be 16 years or older to use RankFrame.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All information provided during signup must be accurate and up to date.
We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Subscription, Payment and Billing

RankFrame is offered on a subscription-only basis: monthly or yearly.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.
Payments are processed via Polar.sh on behalf of 7 SEERS.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation.
Failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.
A 7-day free trial is provided. If not cancelled before the expiration date, your selected plan will be charged automatically.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard.
Once cancelled, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances due to the digital nature of the product.
In rare cases, such as technical failure or mistaken charges, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. License and Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RankFrame for websites you own or manage.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or modify our code.
Resell access to others.
Use RankFrame for illegal or malicious activities.
Exploit features in unauthorised ways.

Violation may result in immediate termination of service.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for all data (domains, keywords, schema input, images) submitted via your account.
You must not submit unlawful, harmful, or plagiarised content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

RankFrame, its interface, features, and backend are the intellectual property of 7 SEERS.
All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of content you input, but you permit us to use it as needed to operate the platform.

8. No Warranty on Purchases

All services and features are provided "as is", with no express or implied warranties, including:

Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Performance guarantee.
Satisfactory results.

We make no promise that your SEO rankings will improve or that features will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. SEO Disclaimer

Search engine optimisation results depend on numerous external factors. While RankFrame offers tools and recommendations, we do not guarantee any improvement in ranking, traffic, or visibility. Users are solely responsible for the outcomes of their SEO decisions.

10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

RankFrame integrates with the following third-party services:

Polar.sh for payment processing, billing, tax, and invoicing.
Google Search Console API for indexing, sitemap submission, and analytics data.
Google Indexing API for instant URL submission to Google.
Google PageSpeed Insights API for Core Web Vitals data.
Google OAuth for account authentication.
Google Analytics for product usage analytics.
AI providers (used for generating titles, descriptions, schema, and image alt text).

We are not responsible for third-party performance, availability, or data handling beyond what is governed by their respective privacy policies.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use RankFrame in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and these Terms. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Impersonating RankFrame, 7 SEERS, or any of its team members or partners.
Misrepresenting your identity, business, or affiliation.
Using RankFrame to send spam, unsolicited emails, chain messages, or advertising.
Interfering with another user's ability to use the platform.
Uploading malicious software, viruses, worms, or scripts.
Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt any server, API, or function of RankFrame.
Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorised automation to monitor or copy platform content.
Violating any applicable law (local, national, or international) in connection with your use of the platform.
Circumventing access controls, security measures, or payment barriers.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any behaviour we deem abusive, unethical, or unlawful.

12. Reporting Violations and Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed by content within RankFrame, please report it by email to hello@7seersmedia.com with the following:

Your full contact information.
A description of the infringing material.
Proof of ownership.
A clear explanation of the infringement.
A good-faith declaration of accuracy.

We will not process incomplete or misrepresented claims. You may be held legally accountable, including for damages, costs, or legal fees, under Indian law (for example, Section 182 of the IPC or the Information Technology Act, 2000) if you knowingly submit a false or malicious complaint.

13. Governing Law, Severability and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We expressly exclude the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, and Incoterms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of rights. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 7 SEERS regarding the use of RankFrame.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of these Terms or the use of RankFrame shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, India.

You agree to resolve all disputes on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or collective action.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of RankFrame after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
