How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

Everything you need to know about changing your RankFrame subscription: upgrading, switching billing periods, cancelling, and requesting a refund.

Where billing lives

All billing for RankFrame is managed through Polar.sh, a third-party payment processor. You access it from inside the plugin.

Open RankFrame in Framer and scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar. Click the purple See Billing button. Your billing portal opens in a new browser tab.

From the billing portal, you can upgrade your plan, switch to annual, update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel your subscription.

Upgrade your plan

Upgrade from Personal to Agency when you need to manage more than one connected Framer site.

  1. Open See Billing: Click the See Billing button at the bottom of the RankFrame sidebar. Your billing portal opens in a new tab.

  2. Select the Agency plan: In the billing portal, choose Agency Plan. You can select monthly ($40/mo) or annual ($288/yr).

  3. Confirm the upgrade: The upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your Agency plan features unlock instantly.

The Agency plan is better value per site as soon as you have two or more Framer sites to manage. At two sites, the Agency plan costs $20 per site per month compared to $15 per site on two Personal plans.

Switch to annual billing

Switching from monthly to annual saves 40% on both plans.

  • Personal: $108/year instead of $180/year on monthly

  • Agency: $288/year instead of $480/year on monthly

Go to See Billing and select the annual option for your current plan. The switch applies at your next billing date. You are not double-charged for the current month.

Update your payment method

Go to See Billing and find the payment method section in your billing portal. You can add a new card, remove an old one, or update your billing address. Changes apply to your next renewal.

RankFrame does not store your card details directly. Payment information is handled entirely by Polar.sh.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

  1. Open See Billing: Click See Billing in the plugin sidebar.

  2. Find the cancellation option: In the billing portal, locate the cancellation section. Click Cancel subscription.

  3. Confirm: Confirm the cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again after that.

Cancelling does not delete your data immediately. Your audit history, keyword tracking, and 404 logs are retained for 30 days. Reactivating within 30 days restores full access to your existing data.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed case by case.

To request a refund, email hello@7seersmedia.com with your account email and the reason for your request. The support team typically responds within one business day.

AI credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be considered for a refund within the 7-day window.
