How to Get Support for RankFrame

Support channels
RankFrame support is handled by the team at 7 Seers. There are several ways to reach out depending on the urgency and nature of your question.
In-plugin live chat
The fastest way to reach the RankFrame team is through the live chat built into the plugin sidebar.
Open RankFrame in Framer and look for the Support link in the left sidebar. A green dot next to it means the team is online and available. Click it to open a live chat conversation. If the dot is grey, the team is currently offline. You can still send a message and the team will reply when they are back online.
Live chat is available for all paid plan users. Trial users can also access it for general questions.
For detailed questions, account issues, billing concerns, or anything that requires a longer back-and-forth, email the team directly at hello@7seersmedia.com.
Include your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. The more context you provide, the faster the team can help you.

The RankFrame Help Center covers every feature in the plugin. Search for the topic you need or browse by category. Most common questions are answered there.
